“As an artist painting mostly in oils, I am primarily interested in colour and its properties. I enjoy exploring different colour relationships - not just the literal translation of what I see. Landscapes provide endless motifs for colour experiments, while buildings, trees, and even fencing posts, can produce strong dynamic shapes to aid composition.”
